To learn more about the issues that our world is tackling, to understand what makes different cultures spark when listening to a message that someone is sharing, I have made it an annual mission to immerse myself in at least one new country! So far, I have gone to Italy, and during my spring break of 2020 I will be in London with other second-years in CLDP. In the spring of 2021, I aspire to spend the semester in Spain. There, I can practice my years of Spanish and maybe get involved in a non-profit that I can serve for and understand thoroughly.
